I’m a 35 year old female. I married to my best friend. My husband and I have been together for almost 6 years, married for 3. We have a large family and 2 dogs. Mater, a rescue dog (mutt), is 6 years old. My youngest son named him after the Disney Cars movie. Bailey is a 6 month old Rottweiler. I named her after the establishment my husband and I first met. She’s definitely our most spoiled baby in the family.
I’m a mom to 9 children. Yes, you read that correctly, 9 children. We are a blended family. I know what you are thinking…you don’t have to tell me. I never thought that I would ever be a parent to such a large family, but here I, owning it like a champ. Okay, so maybe not like a champ at all. I’m hanging on for dear life but don’t tell my kids. That will ruin my image.
I am also a full-time college student. I swim more in homework than I do in water during the summer. I miss elementary school. Remember the time when our biggest assignment was coloring in the lines. Those were the days. Now, my time is spent between listening to seminars, pretending to read dry material, and pulling my hair out during writing discussion boards and papers. In a few short months, I will have my Bachelor’s in Human Services. From there, I want to work with at-risk children or veterans.
I enjoy spending time my family. Family has always been a huge part of my life and we try to instill family values in our children.
4 of my kids. These are the 4 rugrats I brought into this marriage
I’m a huge New England Patriots fan! I love to banter during football seasons. My children had the opportunity to meet some of the players last year during training camp. Yes, I am jealous. I also like the Red Sox. Man do I miss Papi. Although it wasn’t the ideal one, I recently went to my first MLB game with my husband and a close friend. My husband was right…There is nothing like hearing the crack of the bat.
Let’s see, I’m sure there is more you might be curious about. Just ask away. I’m a pretty open book.
